Four things cost you nothing, and all four are itemised on your ledger so you can check the arithmetic yourself.
Billing questions
How is a credit consumed?+
One credit per unique address verified. Duplicates within a file are removed before verification and never charged. Blank and malformed rows are not charged. Unknown results are not charged.
When exactly are credits deducted?+
They are held when you press Start, drawn down as each batch of rows completes, and the unused remainder is released when the file finishes. Every one of those movements is a line on your ledger with a timestamp, so the arithmetic is always checkable.
Do you charge my card automatically?+
Never without an explicit confirmation. There is no subscription to forget about and no auto-renewal.
Can I get an invoice?+
Yes. Every order produces an invoice with your billing details. Larger accounts can be invoiced on terms instead of paying by card — tell us your volume and we'll set it up.
Can my team share one balance?+
Yes. Credits sit at the workspace level, everyone draws from the same pool, and the ledger shows which list consumed what.
Can I get a refund?+
Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase, in full. Consumed credits are not — the verification actually ran.
Verifying at volume?
Volume rates, invoicing on terms, a signed DPA and a dedicated API rate ceiling. Tell us the list size and the cadence.
